Thank you for choosing GrowMommy. By using our platform and services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GrowMommy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Service Use and Restrictions

GrowMommy offers tools for automation, CRM, and communication services. You are responsible for using the platform lawfully and in line with these terms.

Subscriptions provide access to the platform’s features and tools. A subscription does not equal ownership of any software, system, or account within GrowMommy.

3. Sub-Account Ownership

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, GrowMommy retains full ownership of all sub-accounts under its agency. Clients are granted access through subscription, but ownership of the infrastructure, workflows, and back-end setup remains with GrowMommy.

This includes all accounts provisioned under the GrowMommy platform through our Go High Level agency instance.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments made to GrowMommy are final. Services and subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. SMS Program & Carrier Compliance

In compliance with A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging regulations, including Twilio and Go High Level carrier requirements, GrowMommy provides the following SMS disclosures:

Program Name: GrowMommy Notifications
Program Description: Users will receive onboarding updates, reminders, product notifications, and service alerts related to their GrowMommy account.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Once received, you’ll get a confirmation that your number has been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
If you need help with the SMS service, reply with "HELP" or contact us directly at [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on account activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

GrowMommy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the platform. You agree to use the services at your own risk.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
